At Hougyokukai,
you can learn katas,
use real swords to cut tatami mats（tamashigiri）,
and soft swords to practice sword fighting(kumidachi)

The permanent headquarters dojo is located in Asakusa, a famous area in Tokyo!
There are daily lessons at the headquarters dojo in front of Asakusa Kuramae, so there will always be a convenient day!
“Kyoto” and “Asakusa” are famous locations in the world in Japan.
There is a headquarters dojo in front of the Asakusa Kuramae station.
A 2-minute walk from Kuramae Station on the Asakusa Line, and excellent access with 5 stations on 6 other lines. We practice every day, so there will always be a day that is convenient for you.
In addition, the trial slashing practice(tameshigiri) session is held every week.
You can rent it for personal practice etc.
There are branches and online correspondence course ” Hokyokukai Iaido School” all over the country, and you can enjoy Hokyokukai’s Mugai Ryu Iaido anywhere.

Live online on YOU TUBE LIVE. During the live broadcast with the chairman, questions are asked in chat, videos are sent to the chairman for checking, etc., but above all, the chairman’s guidance is fun enough to think that he is an entertainer!
More than 100 members from all over the country participate every time. After the end, it will be stored in the archive, so you can check and practice as many times as you like.
